Pandemic Picnic Rules and Directions

​The Bartlett Parks & Recreations has lifted the COVID-19 rules for public gathering. For those who are vaccinated, per the CDC guidelines, attendees are not required to wear a mask when gathering outside. Bartlett Parks & Recreations has approved a gathering of up to 20 attendees.

The Don'ts

The Do's
The following restrictions apply:
  • Parks are closed at 11 p.m. to 4 a.m.
  • No parking on any part of the grass.
  • No alcoholic beverages on park property
  • No deep fryers
  • No bands, DJs, video or food trucks
  • State curfew law enforced
  • No swimming in Bartlett city lakes
  • Motorized vehicles only allowed in designated area
  • Pets mush be leashed at all times. If you do bring a pet, please be considerate by picking up after your pet.
  • Wear a mask if you are not vaccinated.
  • Bring your own lawn chair
  • Bring your own lunch
  • If you bring food to share, make sure it is individually packaged.
  • Bring hand sanitizer
  • Bring your laughter, smiles and stories about the past year so we can get reacquainted with each other.
